Oprah Winfrey come from a simple family. After she born, her mother found a jobs as a maid. When she was small, she already displayed her talent. She could read, speak, and memorize a lot things. She was just three years old at that time.

At a young age Winfrey's parents separated and she had to live with her grandparents until she was six. Then she went to live with her mother. Because she was badly threaded by her older cousin and other, she ran away from home. Later she was sent to live with her father. She really had an unpleasant childhood.

Oprah has always been interested in hosting shows. She began her career as a radio broadcaster while in high school. Then she become a reporter and co-host for a local TV station.

Oprah has been popular since she hosted a local TV talk show in 1986, which was named after her. She is able to create a special bond with her audience by sharing her own life stories, including her unpleasant childhood experiences. Oprah has emotional involvement in the show and she was shown personal concern for each person she interviews. The popularity if the Oprah Winfrey Show originates from her emotions and care as a host.
